We’re looking for an experienced and highly driven sales, marketing and growth assistant to join our team and work directly for our CEO and leadership team on a part-time or full-time basis.
As for us, we deploy educational initiatives in terms of the learning platform and course creation for some of the biggest brands, including the US Air Force, Freshman Year for Free, Global Knowledge and NYU.
We essentially provide our clients with their own versions of massive online course platforms like Coursera’s or edX’s that they can use to build learning programs for their particular audiences. These platforms allow them to build courses that are of the highest possible quality, with very strong video and learning components. As an example, see Freshman Year for Free’s.
We’re looking for you to help us scale our growth department via one-on-one sales, content marketing, video, ads and virtually anything else. Writing and communicating well, as well as a strong passion on your part to learn about the industry and see a marketing and sales program scale, is a must. A background in media — video or journalism — is desired but definitely not required.
In terms of salary, we’d like to conduct a paid test for about four hours per day for one or two weeks. With time, and once we determine that we are a good fit for each other, we would like to extend this opportunity to a full-time basis.
